General Information about Schaan and Schaan Hotels
The country's largest municipality is located in the "Upper Country" and forms the border with the "Lower Country". St. Laurentius Church, visible from afar, dominates the village. Art and culture are said to play a very important role in Schaan. Thanks to the "Theater am Kirchplatz", Schaan is said to be well-known throughout the country. The Village Museum claims to offer interesting insights into the history of the village, and shows works of local artists within the framework of changing exhibitions.
Schaan is said to have have made a name for itself by being the stronghold of carnival activities. It claims to attract the local community as well as guests (Schaan Hotels) and visitors during the carnival celebrations.
